Been looking for these stands for some time but were not aware they were available at Dubai Audio. I needed something beautiful to support my ProAc Response D2D’s. Shipping was really fast to Abu Dhabi.
These stands are absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is most impressive. I have ordered branded stands from the UK in the past and they come nowhere near these.
The stands are quite light so I filled each pillar with dried playsand. Assembly is really easy and the finished stand is gorgeous. My ProAc’s are natural oak with black – so the SS-6’s in their matte black look simply stunning.
The base MDF that comes with the SS-6’s are 16x16cm. The base plates are also interchangeable so I ordered the base plate of the SS-5 which is 19x19cm to provide even better support.
If you are in the market for a stand of this height (62.5cm) I would not hesitate to recommend these. My ProAc’s sound better than ever.

These subs are fantastic. I’m coming from a dual sub setup before these, but their ability to really dig deep is really incredible. I like the idea of the DSP built into the amp/sub, but unless your room/sub needs very little correction, I’d still recommend getting a DSP along with these bad boys. Absolutely wonderful experience from buying to setup to enjoyment. John and Ryan in customer service are exceptional at what they do.
